Hi, I’m Brandon Hibbard. Public Image Design started with a simple observation: most small businesses in the Phoenix valley juggle a web guy, an IT guy, and a pile of software nobody has time to learn. When something breaks, everyone points at someone else. I started Public Image Design to be the one call that handles all of it.

How I got here

I started out building WordPress websites. Later, I ran marketing and web operations for a real estate training company that ranked No. 893 on the 2020 Inc. 5000, with 523% three-year revenue growth. That job taught me how much a business depends on its website, its ads, and the systems behind them, and how much it costs when they don’t work together.

After COVID, I moved into consulting. The work started with websites and Google Ads, but clients kept asking for more. Can you fix our Wi-Fi? Can you set up our phones? What should we be doing with AI? Today, Public Image Design handles all three.
