1. Who we are

Public Image Design (“Public Image Design,” “we,” “us”) is a technology company based in Phoenix, Arizona that provides website design, AI and automation services, and IT infrastructure services. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through piweb.pubimgdsgn.com (the “Site”) and in the course of working with our customers.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us

• Contact form: your name, business name, email address, phone number, the service you are interested in, and anything you write in your message.
• Email: whatever you choose to share when you email us directly.
• Consultations and projects: business contact details, information about your technology setup, and billing details we need to provide and invoice our services.

Information collected automatically

• Analytics: we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the Site. It collects information such as the pages you visit, how long you stay, how you arrived at the Site, your browser and device type, and your approximate location (city or region).
• Server logs: the web server that runs the Site, which we manage ourselves, automatically records technical information such as IP address, browser type, and the time of each request. We use these logs for security and to keep the Site running.

Please do not send passwords, payment card numbers, or other sensitive information through our contact form.

3. How we use your information

• To respond to your questions and schedule your free on-site consultation.
• To provide, support, and invoice the services you request.
• To keep records of our customers and conversations in our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
• To send you information about your project and, if you agree, occasional updates about our services. You can opt out at any time.
• To understand and improve how the Site performs.
• To protect the Site and our business, and to meet our legal obligations.

4. Cookies and Google Analytics

Cookies are small files stored by your browser. The Site uses cookies set by Google Analytics (for example, cookies named _ga and _ga_*) to tell visits apart and measure how the Site is used. Google processes this data on our behalf. You can learn more at How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.

We do not use Google Analytics advertising features or Google Signals, and we do not use analytics data for advertising.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. The Site will still work if you do.

5. How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

• Service providers who help us run our business, under agreements that limit how they use it: SSD Nodes, which provides the server we use to run the Site and our email (we manage the website and email systems on that server ourselves); Google (Google Analytics); and the provider of our CRM software.
• Legal requirements: when required by law, court order, or to protect our rights, our customers, or others.
• Business transfers: if our business is merged or sold, your information may transfer to the new owner under this policy.

6. How long we keep it

We keep contact form submissions and customer records in our CRM for as long as we have a business relationship with you and for 1 year afterward, for record-keeping, tax, and legal reasons. Google Analytics data is kept for 14 months. After that, we delete or anonymize it.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, including access controls on our CRM and servers and encrypted (HTTPS) connections to the Site. No system is perfectly secure. If a security breach affects your personal information, we will notify you as required by Arizona law (A.R.S. § 18-552).

8. Your choices and rights

You can ask us to:

• tell you what personal information we hold about you,
• correct information that is wrong,
• delete your information, unless we need to keep it for legal or business records, and
• stop sending you marketing emails.

Email [email protected] with your request. We will respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under your state’s law, and we will honor them as required.

9. Do Not Track

Some browsers send a “Do Not Track” signal. There is no common standard for responding to it, so the Site does not currently change its behavior when it receives one. You can still opt out of Google Analytics as described in section 4.

10. Children

The Site and our services are meant for businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Other websites

The Site may link to websites we do not control. Their privacy practices are their own, so please review their policies.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be noted on the Site.
